When you purchase an item, you receive a license according to its license terms.
NoraLoop is not responsible for content uploaded or sold by third-party sellers.
All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Refunds follow NoraLoop’s Refund Policy.
4.3 Disputes
NoraLoop may—but is not obligated to—intervene in disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use NoraLoop to:
Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, bots, or harmful software
Engage in fraud, scams, abusive behavior, or harassment
Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Exploit security vulnerabilities
Attempt to access restricted parts of our systems
Use scraping, mining, or automated tools without permission
Sell illegal or harmful content
Circumvent licensing, payment systems, or API limits
Manipulate reviews, ratings, or marketplace statistics
We may suspend, remove, or ban users who violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, branding, graphics, and content created by NoraLoop belong to NoraLoop.
User-generated content remains the property of the user.
By uploading content, you grant NoraLoop a license to use, host, and distribute it for the purpose of running the platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse NoraLoop content without permission.
7. Pricing, Payments, and Fees
Prices may change at any time.
Fees may apply for purchases, subscriptions, or marketplace sales.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or others).

If you subscribe to recurring services, you authorize automatic billing until cancellation.

that sellers’ content is safe, legal, or accurate
that downloads or transactions will be free from harm
You use NoraLoop at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
NoraLoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
NoraLoop is not responsible for user-generated content
NoraLoop’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations—those rules may apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoraLoop from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:
your use of the platform
your uploaded content
violations of these Terms
infringement of intellectual property or other rights

If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the platform.
Your continued use of NoraLoop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
