3. When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

3.3 Failure to Follow Documentation
If the product functions correctly but you experience issues due to:
Incorrect installation,
Failure to follow instructions,
Modifying the source code,
Deleting or altering system dependencies,
refunds will not be granted.
3.4 Downloaded Products
Once a digital product has been downloaded, refund eligibility becomes extremely limited unless a defect is proven.
3.5 Services That Were Already Delivered
Refunds do not apply to:
Setup services,
Installation services,
Customization work,
Technical support sessions,
One-time service fees.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must contact us within:
14 days of purchase, unless local law requires more.

Any supporting evidence.
Incomplete requests may be automatically declined.

Issue cash refunds,

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of your account,

We fully cooperate with Stripe, PayPal, banks, and credit card issuers to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Abuse of the Refund Policy

7. EU Consumer Rights (If Applicable)
Under EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:
