These License Terms (“License,” “Agreement”) govern the use, distribution, modification, and resale rights of all digital products (“Items,” “Products,” “Files,” “Code,” “Templates,” “Assets”) purchased or downloaded from our Platform (“Platform,” “Website,” “Marketplace”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Item, you agree to the terms of the applicable license described below.
These License Terms are designed to be clear, fair, and consistent with international industry standards such as those used by CodeCanyon, Envato Market, and major digital marketplaces.
1. Definitions
Item / Product:
Any digital file sold on the Platform, including scripts, software, templates, source code, plugins, themes, UI kits, images, text, or other digital assets.
Author / Seller / Contributor:
The creator or rights holder who uploads Items to the Platform.
Buyer / Customer / Licensee:
The individual or entity purchasing or downloading an Item.
End Product:
A final application, website, or other digital implementation created using the Item.
Resale / Redistribution:
Providing, sharing, uploading, distributing, or selling the Item to any third party.
2. License Types
Our Platform offers three types of licenses, modeled closely after industry-standard licensing structures:
2.1 Regular License
A Regular License grants you the right to use the Item to create one single End Product for personal or commercial use.
What you CAN do:
Create 1 end product.
Modify, adapt, and integrate the Item into your project.
Use the end product in a commercial environment (for example: a website for a client).
Charge a fee to your end user only for the service (e.g., building a website for them), not for the Item itself.
What you CANNOT do:
Resell, redistribute, or share the Item as standalone.
Use the Item in more than one project.
Use the Item in a “Software as a Service” platform unless the Item is not accessible to users.
Use the Item in a product where users can extract, download, or reuse the Item.
2.2 Extended License
An Extended License grants you all rights of the Regular License plus commercial resale permission within a single End Product.
What you CAN do:
Create 1 end product for commercial resale.
Examples:
SaaS platforms where paying users interact with the Item
Website builders
Multi-tenant systems
Products sold to multiple customers
Charge your end users to access the final product.
What you CANNOT do:
Resell the Item in its original source form.
Distribute the Item in a way that allows extraction or reuse.
Sell multiple different products using the same license (only 1 end product allowed).
2.3 Unlimited License (Lifetime & Multi-Use License)
This license affords maximum flexibility and is intended for agencies, developers, and large-scale projects.
What you CAN do:
Use the Item in unlimited personal or commercial projects.
Create unlimited end products for yourself or clients.
Use the Item in SaaS products, membership platforms, and commercial applications.
Modify, customize, and integrate without limitations.
What you CANNOT do:
Redistribute or resell the Item as a standalone product.
Share the source code outside your organization.
Upload the Item to other marketplaces, FTPs, forums, or piracy networks.
3. Allowed and Restricted Uses
3.1 Permitted Uses
Personal or commercial projects
Client work
Websites and web applications
Software applications
SaaS platforms (Extended or Unlimited License required)
Backend systems
API integrations
Modified versions incorporated into end products
3.2 Restricted Uses
You may NOT:
Re-sell the Item “as-is”
Re-distribute the Item to third parties
Place the Item inside another market for sale
Provide the Item as part of a template pack or bundle
Offer the Item for free on websites or social networks
Upload the Item to file-sharing, warez, or torrent sites
Use the Item in a logo or trademark (unless explicitly allowed)
Use the Item in a way that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights
4. Source Code Rules
You may:
Modify the source code for your project
Add, remove, optimize, or restructure files
Integrate the code into proprietary systems
You may not:
Publish the source code publicly
Share it outside your organization/team
Use the code to create a competing product solely derived from the Item
Decompile, extract, or reverse engineer encrypted parts (if present)
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All Items remain the intellectual property of their respective Authors.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.
You receive only:
A right to use,
Not a right to own or claim authorship.
You may not claim the Item as your original creation, even after modifications.
6. Support & Updates
The purchase of an Item may include:
Technical support (duration depends on product)
Future updates
Bug fixes
Security patches
However:
Support does not cover custom work
Support may require proof of purchase
Support periods may differ depending on license
7. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
A refund does not automatically revoke the license, but we reserve the right to:
Disable access
Deactivate license keys
Terminate usage rights
If the buyer abuses refunds, support, or licensing rules, their account may be restricted.
8. Termination of License
Your license will be automatically terminated if:
You violate any licensing rules
You redistribute or leak the product
You abuse support or violate copyright law
You initiate fraudulent refund or chargeback claims
Upon termination:
You must delete all copies
You lose all rights granted under the license
9. Liability Limitations
The Platform is not liable for:
Damages arising from use or inability to use the Item
Compatibility issues caused by your hosting, server, or environment
Loss of revenue, data, or business
Third-party conflicts or custom modifications
All Items are provided “as-is” without warranty unless explicitly stated.
10. Updates to License Terms
We may revise these terms at any time.
Changes apply to all future purchases and may also apply to existing licenses where legally permitted.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes agreement to updated terms.
11. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using any Item, you confirm that you:
Have read these License Terms
Understand them
Agree to be legally bound by them
If you do not agree, do not use any Item purchased on the Platform.
