This Free Items Policy (“Policy”) governs the submission, distribution, and use of free digital products (“Free Items”) on NoraLoop (“Platform,” “we,” “us”). By submitting or using Free Items on NoraLoop, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws.
1. Eligibility and Submission
Free Items may be submitted by registered authors with an active NoraLoop account.
Free Items must be original, fully functional, and created by the submitting author.
Free Items must not contain malware, malicious code, or violate intellectual property rights or third-party licenses.
NoraLoop reserves the right to reject any Free Item that does not meet quality standards or violates laws, regulations, or Platform policies.
2. Licensing
All Free Items are distributed under a non-exclusive, worldwide license allowing users to download, use, and modify the item for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise specified by the author.
Authors retain all intellectual property rights unless explicitly granted to the user.
Redistribution of Free Items outside NoraLoop without explicit author permission is prohibited.
3. Usage Restrictions
Free Items must not be sold, sublicensed, or used to generate revenue without proper licensing from the author.
Users may not remove, alter, or obscure any attribution or copyright notice associated with a Free Item.
Authors are responsible for specifying any additional restrictions for their Free Items.
4. Support and Updates
Authors are not required to provide support, updates, or bug fixes for Free Items.
If the author chooses to provide updates, they should ensure the Free Item remains safe, stable, and free from malware.
5. Removal of Free Items
NoraLoop reserves the right to remove Free Items at any time if they violate this Policy, Platform Terms of Use, or applicable laws.
Authors may also remove their own Free Items, but NoraLoop is not responsible for any downloads, usage, or distribution that occurs prior to removal.
6. Liability
Free Items are provided “as-is.” NoraLoop makes no warranties regarding the safety, quality, or functionality of Free Items.
Users and authors agree to release and hold NoraLoop harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the submission, download, or use of Free Items.
7. Modifications to Policy
NoraLoop may update this Free Items Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform, and continued use of Free Items constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
